Fashion from 1990s to 2009

In the 90s girls usually wore things that boys would wear. Things like baggy pants, big extra large shirts and boxers. One style that was very coming was the grudge look many people wore this thinking it was cute but it really wasn't, the grudge look was basically woman and men wearing flannel colored shirts and other typical out door clothing. Another style which was popular was the retro look, this look was usually a very fashionable look that every one was wearing in the mid 90s woman usually wore this look to look more sophisticated and so did men. This look was inspired by many models of the 90s.

Now in 2009 girls and boys are way outgoing and love to expirement with colors. People nowa days still wear the retro look but we go way more out with colors, and name brand stuff is the total it factor. People love wearing skinny jeans, white beeders and a cute sweater to top it off. Most people love wearing the plaid look and toping it off with shorts or skinny jeans. Boys usally like wearing a plain hollister shirt with skinny jeans for men or just shorts. People usally wear fitted clothes now because the baggy, big shirt style is way out for 2009. Safiticated is the look and will probably be th look for very long.

During the years growing up i have seen styles from the thuggish, laid back look to trendy and sophisticated. From styles that travel from Brooklyn New York down here to Boston. Since the 90s styles has escalated from little fanny packs on your waist to who can rock jewelry from your mouth down.






Now As you've seen clothing styles have came a long way since the 90's. Now in 2008 clothing is a bit more suffisticated, and a bit more clevage showing.
